Kacie Jae’s ships all orders within Australia using Sendle.

📦 Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, parcel size, and weight.

• We do not currently offer free shipping.

⏱ Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Standard delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

• If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email to resolve the issue.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

🚚 Important Information

• Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers — please provide a residential or business address.

• Delivery delays caused by weather, public holidays, natural disasters, or courier network issues are outside of our control.

• Sendle includes limited cover for lost or damaged parcels. If you require additional protection, please contact us prior to placing your order.
